• Stone Washing & Stacking: Rinse all rounded olivine stones thoroughly with clean tap water before loading to remove dust and quarried sediment. Position larger rocks at the bottom and around heating elements, layering smaller rocks toward the top. Ensure rocks are placed loosely to facilitate natural upward convective airflow; never wedge, pack, or force stones tightly against the heating elements, as restricted circulation causes thermal buildup and element failure.

• Water Application (Löyly): Pour fresh, clean domestic tap water over the top stones using a wooden sauna ladle. Never pour chlorinated pool water, chemically treated spa water, or salt water onto the unit, as harsh chemicals corrode stainless steel and void warranty coverage. Essential oils must always be diluted in water prior to ladling.

• Annual Stone Servicing: Once per year (or every 100 hours of heavy use), remove all stones from the cage. Discard cracked, weathered, or crumbling rocks, vacuum accumulated mineral sediment from the base, and repack with fresh stones to preserve continuous airflow channels.

• Stainless Steel Cleaning: Ensure the heater is switched off and completely cooled before cleaning. Clean exterior stainless steel rods with a microfiber cloth dampened with mild soapy water. Never use steel wool, wire brushes, or chlorine-based scouring products.

• Licensed Electrician Requirement: All 240V electrical connections and control panel hookups must be performed by a certified, licensed electrical contractor. Proof of professional licensed installation is required to process any warranty or replacement claim.

• Order Modifications & Cancellations: Orders canceled or modified within 14 days of placement are processed free of charge. Cancellations requested after 14 days or once the unit enters packaging and carrier dispatch incur a $350 administrative/order adjustment fee.

• Return Policy: Due to carrier freight logistics and cross-border transport, freight units are generally non-returnable. If an authorized return is approved in writing by the manufacturer, the customer is responsible for 100% of return freight shipping charges back to the facility plus a 20% restocking fee. Returned units must be completely uninstalled, unused, and secured in their original packaging.

• Transit Damage Protocol: Inspect the delivery crate or box thoroughly upon arrival. Record any visible damage on the carrier's Bill of Lading (BOL) and report missing or damaged parts within 30 days of delivery for complimentary replacement parts.

  • Standalone Purchase ($350 Flat Freight): If purchased individually without a sauna kit, a flat $350 freight shipping fee is applied at checkout to cover dealer packaging, cross-border freight transit, and carrier surcharges.

• Service Area: Standard delivery covers the Contiguous United States. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, islands, and remote/limited-access areas require a custom freight quote prior to dispatch.
